Serenity Hypnosis.com owns the copyright of every product on the website. When you purchase any product listed on Serenity Hypnosis.com website you are purchasing a single license to the product, not unlimited rights. Products are for your personal use and not to be used for any commercial purpose.
SerenityHypnosis.com products may be downloaded to your computer, transferred to your MP3 player or burned to a CD or other audio medium. PDF files may be printed for the purpose of reading the information they contain.

Refunds
Serenity Hypnosis.com products are non-refundable except in case of damage.
Where the buyer has notified SerenityHypnosis.com as to a problem with the goods SerenityHypnosis.com will either forward any shortages or replace the damaged or defective goods.
Discount Offers
All discounts are only available for one shopping session. We may rescind any discount offer at any time.
Payment
All orders or downloads must be pre-paid prior to despatch.
Payment will be debited from your credit card or debit card via PayPal at the time the order is placed. Goods are subject to availability and you will be informed a soon as reasonably practicable in the event that we are unable to supply the goods. In this case full refund will be given to the card you used at the time of purchase.
Delivery of MP3 Downloads
On successfully placing your order, confirmation will be emailed to you containing a quick download web link. This will only be available for a limited time.
If you need to download the files again you can login at www.SerenityHypnosis.com and visit the “My Account” section of the site. Your login details will be sent to you in a separate email. Your files will be available for additional download 4 (four) times after which it will expire.
Performance information
Performance test and rating of SerenityHypnosis.com products as represented on this site are subjective and SerenityHypnosis.com offers no guarantee that these products will work for you. Any difference in system hardware or software design or configuration may affect actual performance. Buyers should consult other sources of information to any material they are considering purchases.
